I myself, and now we suspect my husband of this; Suffer from Alpha-Gal syndrom (as many of you do) We found that our safest bet, When eating out, is to eat as clean as possible, Home grown / raised Animal and Plant foods. The only way I have survived the last 4 years, is that when we HAD to get out and knew we were going to have to eat. We found the best (and yes they are pricey, you pay for what you get). Places to eat in our local area.
At "Normal" restaurants that buy their food from Big Chain Grocers / supplies. They often get their meats and veggies sources out of our country. NOT an issues, but with what I have experienced, local farmers take pride in their meat / produce. It's not "Mass" produced, or prepared via "bleaching" the meats, or Suspect sprays put on the veggies to keep them green for months.

I personally have been here 3 times in the last year. (hit some health issues and didn't go for 6 months because I couldn't), they are in the $20 and up range per person but the food is Straight up FIRE.. Delicious, they work with allergies and their food is always fresh.

Can't give this one a Star rating yet as We have never been there. It is on our list.
We will be celebrating being cancer free very soon. (read more about that here), so I have to pick a place to eat to Celebrate. This is my top choice.

My husband and I haven't eaten here more times than we can count on both our hands and feet combined. This is my GO TO place to celebrate my Birthday, our Anniversary or any holiday or excuse we can come up with. Their Garlic Parm Fries are my ALL time Favorite. I do not react to the Parm on these (or the butter). Just goes to show you that their dairy is FRESH.

Their prices look fantastic. On that alone I would give them a 4-5 star rating, especially in this economy. This one is an Hour and 25 minutes from me. I make that trip once a month to see my grandchildren. So it's no bother to make it for a great meal.

My Husband on the other hand, I think he has been to the farm, but not to eat. He heard about these Ginormous Lavender Muffins they make (that feed 4) and he is dying to get one. Well, we've been trying for three years to get reservations, but we keep forgetting to get them in time.
They also have a plethora of other products they sell (check out their website). Lavender is well known for Hair growth and health. You really need to put them on YOUR list too.

I have eaten here ONCE in the last 8-10 years. The food was very expensive, but VERY amazing. It was the first time I had tried Calimari when it was done right. Leary about trying it to begin with because past experiences were horrid. Chewy, rubbery and tasteless. FD's however, knows what they are doing. If I ever want Calamari again this is where I would go. However, in the current state of economy, I Will not be going for a while, due to PRICES are very HIGH. So my rating is based on the FOOD, not the price.
